How to book from the ship
Booking takes one WhatsApp message. Send it before you sail or from the ship’s Wi-Fi, and the team prepares options before you arrive.
What to send
- Port date and ship name.
- Terminal (North Port or Yeongdo), if known.
- Time ashore and all-aboard time.
- Your main concerns and treatments you are curious about.
- Clear front and side photos in natural light.
Korea time and port changes
Korea uses Korea Standard Time (UTC+9). Ships sometimes change schedules for weather or operations; if your port call moves or is cancelled, message us as soon as you know.
What to bring
Photo ID for registration. If your cruise line holds your passport, bring a copy plus another photo ID. Prices are in Korean won, and the total is confirmed before treatment; ask on WhatsApp about payment methods.
