Aftercare on board your ship
Ship life is full of heat, sun and indulgence. A few simple rules keep your results on track for the rest of the voyage.
The first evening
- No hot tub, sauna, steam room or very hot shower.
- Stay upright for a few hours after Botox; avoid pressing treated areas.
- Keep alcohol light, especially after fillers or boosters.
- Use the gentle skincare advised by the clinic.
Sea days and later ports
- Sunscreen SPF 50, reapplied every two hours outdoors.
- Shade and a hat on deck and at beach stops.
- Delay facials or massages at the ship spa as advised.
- Pools: wait 24–48 hours after injections or laser.

Message photos to JRYN Clinic Nampo on WhatsApp (+82-10-9323-7977). For anything urgent, such as severe pain, spreading redness or skin colour changes after filler, go to the ship’s medical centre straight away, then let the clinic know.
